Fresh Consulting is hiring a Senior Hardware/Software Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Orbital Compute platform across hardware, software, security, and systems engineering teams. The role coordinates cross-functional and external workstreams, manages scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and critical-path decisions, communicates program status to leadership, and supports customers and vendors through on-orbit deployment. The position is contract to start with potential full-time conversion, requires Houston onsite work, and offers a base compensation range of 170,000 to 200,000.
