Everpure is hiring a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer for its EXA Hardware Engineering organization to lead the architecture, design, validation, and technical strategy of enterprise and cloud-scale storage platforms. The role owns multi-generational hardware roadmaps, server and rack-scale architectures, power and thermal systems, high-speed interconnects, system bring-ups, failure analysis, automated validation, and cross-functional hardware/software/firmware integration. It requires an in-office presence at Everpure’s Santa Clara, California headquarters and offers an annual base salary of $217,000 to $326,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and equity.
