Description
Renesas is hiring a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer to lead embedded hardware validation, product and platform design quality, prototype bring-up, bench testing, qualification, and production readiness. The role collaborates with systems, firmware, validation, and product engineering teams; mitigates hardware risks; supports reference designs and documentation; and mentors engineers. Candidates need an electrical, electronics, or computer engineering degree and 5–7 years of embedded hardware and system design and validation experience, including SoC and high-speed interface validation, SI/PI analysis, and embedded programming. The position follows a hybrid model with remote work two days per week and office work Tuesday through Thursday.
