Description
1X is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to own the full lifecycle of robot wiring systems from prototype through high-volume production. The role develops scalable manufacturing processes, establishes quality and process controls, improves supplier and contract manufacturer performance, leads root-cause investigations, and improves harness manufacturability and serviceability. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or a related field, plus experience scaling wiring-harness or electromechanical manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with crimping, soldering, continuity and hi-pot testing, production documentation, and contract-manufacturer collaboration. The compensation range is $155,250 to $215,050 plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
