CACI is seeking a Senior HCM Analytics & BI Developer to support a large-scale federal Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modernization initiative. The role designs and maintains OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and self-service reporting solutions; develops workforce, compliance, DEIA, and predictive analytics; configures HCM Extracts; creates org charts; and establishes governed semantic layers. The position is primarily remote with possible onsite reporting in Reston, requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, and offers a proposed salary range of $105,100 to $231,100.
