INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Senior HCM Configuration and Release Management Engineer in Miami, Florida, for a hybrid 3/2 schedule lasting six months to permanent. The role manages SuccessFactors configuration and release processes, aligns system changes with business requirements, develops release roadmaps, manages deployments and change management, monitors system performance, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to product leads and analysts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of SuccessFactors configuration and release management experience, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with change management; HR systems knowledge, SuccessFactors certification, and prior SuccessFactors implementation are preferred. Compensation is $80–$120 per hour, with medical benefits and a 401(k) plan.
