Senior Health Program Representative at DE

The Senior Health Program Representative conducts onsite compliance visits and audits for Vaccine for Children (VFC) providers, schedules and performs VFC and Immunization Quality Improvement Program (IQIP) site visits, provides immunization education, recruits private pediatric and adolescent providers, verifies and uploads VFC client eligibility in the IIS, and assists with claims and reporting issues. The role also includes field investigations, communicable-disease screening, sample collection, contact tracing, counseling, and report preparation. It is a regular agency position at the Public Health Lab in Smyrna, Delaware, with an 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shift and a stated annual salary of $37,528.
