BWBR is seeking a Senior Healthcare Planner Lead to lead healthcare planning projects, support market strategy and business development pursuits, represent the firm at industry events, develop planning tools and standards, and mentor healthcare planners. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related AEC discipline, at least 10 years of healthcare design and planning experience, leadership experience, knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements, and strong executive communication skills; architecture licensure and ACHA or EDAC certification are preferred.
