Strategic Group is hiring a Senior Help Desk Support & System Administrator in Calgary to provide advanced technical support and manage the organization’s Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Sage 50, network, endpoint security, and cloud infrastructure. The role includes user and device support, account administration, troubleshooting, automation with Power Automate, IT operations, project support, documentation, and rotating on-call coverage. Candidates need hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure and Microsoft 365, Sage 50, Power Automate, desktop hardware, Windows clients, and networking; basic Yardi support is a benefit. The position is based in Calgary or the surrounding area and includes extended health and dental benefits.
