The role provides engineering leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, design review, client engagement, project management support, value engineering, construction support, and mentoring of junior engineers. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 8–12 years of highway design experience, extensive major highway project experience, strong UAE experience, and proficiency with highway design software and standards.
