The role manages transportation projects, client relationships, business development, proposals, technical engineering work, project scope, schedules, budgets, and junior and mid-level staff. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a New York professional engineer license, and more than 15 years of transportation or project management experience, including NYSDOT, NYSTA, and local Federal Aid projects.
