GHD is hiring a Senior Highways Engineer (Urban Realm) to lead the design and delivery of urban realm, highways, traffic engineering, and active travel projects from concept through construction. The role involves technical leadership, design checking, multidisciplinary coordination, budget and programme management, client relationships, mentoring, site work, and compliance with UK standards. Candidates should be degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, have at least five years of relevant highways, urban realm, or traffic engineering experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD and associated design software. The position is based in London or Guildford with hybrid working available.
