The Doe Fund is hiring a Senior House Manager to oversee up to three House Managers and manage daily operations at its 200-bed facility on 510 Gates Avenue in Brooklyn. Responsibilities include scheduling and shift coverage, overtime and timesheet administration, client and bed management, fire-drill documentation, facility inspections, and supervising hiring, disciplinary, and termination procedures. The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of residential house management experience, fire-safety certification or willingness to obtain it, familiarity with special populations and service provision, Microsoft Office and Google Docs proficiency, and first aid or CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
