The role owns HPC cluster architecture, GPU-accelerated job scheduling, AWS ParallelCluster and AWS Batch provisioning, parallel computing paradigms, CUDA and cuDNN tuning, data-pipeline integration, security and accreditation controls, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need at least five years of cloud engineering or infrastructure experience, including two years focused on HPC cluster design and operations, along with relevant scheduling, AWS, parallel computing, DevOps, and scripting experience. An active Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret preferred, and the base pay range is $109,500 to $224,200 USD.
