Description
Nscale is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to serve as a senior escalation point for GPU fleets and high-performance east-west fabrics. The role combines L2/L3 troubleshooting across GPU drivers, firmware, hardware, InfiniBand and RoCE networks, Linux systems, storage, BMC/Redfish, and data centre operations, with incident response, change management, automation, customer communication, and mentorship responsibilities. Candidates need at least six years of infrastructure, operations, or support engineering experience, including two to three years with GPU, HPC, or large-scale data centre estates. The position is remote-first, may require travel to Nscale or customer sites, and offers a base salary of $120,000–$170,000 USD plus equity and other benefits.
