NVIDIA is hiring a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure to serve as the primary technical contact for a prestige customer, providing installation, maintenance, operations, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution support for networking products and NVIDIA AI infrastructure. The role is hybrid, with onsite work in Memphis, Tennessee, and remote work, and requires at least five years of customer support and debugging experience, strong networking and Linux skills, and familiarity with AI technologies. The base salary range is 108,000 USD to 172,500 USD for Level 3 and 120,000 USD to 207,000 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits available.
