NVIDIA is hiring a Senior HPC Support Engineer to provide customer-facing technical support for InfiniBand, NVLink, GPU, networking, and AI infrastructure products. The role involves troubleshooting installations, operations, maintenance, interoperability, and performance issues; responding to customer inquiries; collaborating with engineering and marketing; and documenting support methodologies. Candidates need at least five years of customer support and debugging experience in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure, strong Linux and networking skills, and knowledge of HPC, GPU, and cloud technologies. The base salary is 108,000–172,500 USD for Level 3 and 120,000–207,000 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits available.
