MultiTankcard | MoveMove is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to report directly to the CEO and serve as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership. The role owns people and HR strategy, leadership and learning development, organisation development, HR frameworks, recruitment, retention, employer branding, and complex employment matters. It requires substantial senior HR experience, knowledge of Dutch employment law, and strong Dutch and English communication skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,700 to €6,200, hybrid work with approximately 40% remote work, and other benefits.
