Torq is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support its AI security operations platform as it strengthens managers, builds scalable people practices, and develops organizational capabilities. The role owns the employee lifecycle, coaches managers, leads performance, onboarding, retention, talent mapping, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee relations initiatives, and uses HiBob, data, and organizational insights to drive decisions. Candidates need at least five years of HRBP experience, a track record of redesigning HR processes, strong business judgment, and fluency in Hebrew and English.
