WebMD is hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to executive and functional leaders, combining talent leadership, workforce analytics, process optimization, change management, employee experience, compliance, and AI-enabled HR transformation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, and experience with organizational change, employee relations, workforce analytics, automation, and executive communication. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification, HRIS and analytics platform experience, AI implementation experience, and Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
