Wood is sourcing a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join its local Ghana team. The role provides generalist HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment records, employee relations, offshore workforce support, payroll and timekeeping coordination, Oracle HR systems, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder management. It is open only to national Ghana personnel and requires a Human Resources Management certificate or diploma plus several years of generalist HR experience.
