Senior HR Generalist at Crisis Connections

The role administers leave of absence cases, FMLA and other leave laws, ADA accommodations, worker’s compensation, employee relations, investigations, wellness and performance programs, and related compliance activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience, at least three years of progressive HR experience, HRIS experience, and strong communication and legal knowledge; PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. The position pays $74,000–$92,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, FSA, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
