Milestone Systems is hiring a Senior People & Culture Generalist to serve as the primary operational People & Culture presence for Latin America, with a hybrid Mexico City office arrangement requiring at least three days per week onsite. The role owns employee lifecycle operations, regional compliance, Employer of Record administration, workplace operations, and support for People Partners and global programs across Mexico, Brazil, and other LATAM countries. It requires 7+ years of progressive People or People Operations experience, strong knowledge of Mexican and Brazilian employment practices, EOR experience, Spanish and English fluency, and the ability to work independently in a matrixed organization. The position pays 72,000–75,000 MXN monthly and includes health insurance, life insurance, paid leave, professional development, and other benefits.
