Description
NVIDIA is hiring a leader to manage its HR Operations team for the APAC region. The role owns the regional HR operations roadmap, builds a standardized yet locally compliant employee lifecycle, partners with global HR leaders, establishes service-level metrics, identifies automation opportunities, and strengthens data quality, process controls, and audit readiness. The position requires 12+ years of relevant HR operations, shared services, or people operations experience, 5+ years managing sizable teams, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
