NiCE is hiring a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join its Global HR Operations team in Israel. The role focuses on process improvement, operational excellence, employee lifecycle management, HR systems and service delivery, data governance, and analytics. The specialist will partner with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Shared Services, and IT teams and support Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and related technologies. The position requires 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or related global HR functions, and follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
