This is a dual-hatted Senior HR Product Specialist role at DWS, focusing on being a Regional Reward Advisor for APAC and leading the HR Capability Centre in India. The role involves advising on reward and compensation strategies across the APAC region, supporting compensation benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
