Description
Amazon is hiring an HR Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional HR technology programs across its Australia, Singapore, and China fulfillment networks. The role translates site-level problems into product requirements, coordinates technology launches, manages implementation and dependencies, develops metrics, champions AI and automation adoption, and communicates with senior leadership. It requires a demonstrated HR delivery record, project and program management experience, data-driven decision-making ability, AI and HR technology experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position is based five days per week at the Sydney CBD office or a nearby Amazon Fulfillment Centre.
