Description
Avenga is hiring an HR Specialist for a 9-month contract based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees, supports HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, local compliance, documentation, Workday transactions, absence monitoring, process improvements, and regional and global HR projects. The position requires at least four years of relevant HR experience in Ukraine, knowledge of Ukrainian labour law, strong Ukrainian language skills, and at least an upper-intermediate level of English.
