HCRC is seeking a Senior Federal HR Staffing Specialist to support federal agency recruitment and staffing activities, including vacancy announcements, automated interview question weighting, applicant adjudication, referral-list preparation, selection-process monitoring, job-offer presentation, and HRIS documentation. The role requires extensive federal staffing and placement experience, proficiency with USA Staffing and other HR automated systems, job-analysis capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a Public Trust security clearance.
