Wildlife is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and build people strategies that support performance, engagement, and growth. The role combines business partnership, people strategy, coaching, end-to-end initiative execution, workforce risk analysis, and data-driven reporting. It requires an experienced HR generalist or HRBP with broad exposure to talent development, performance management, organizational design, culture, compensation, people operations, or talent acquisition; strong executive influence; English and Portuguese fluency; and the ability to structure and execute initiatives from scratch.
