Description
The Senior HRBP Supervisor manages day-to-day people operations and strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. The role partners with Department Heads, coaches leaders, resolves complex people issues, oversees headcount and workforce structure, coordinates manpower sourcing, drives performance and talent development, and executes local and regional HR initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of HRBP or similar experience, and a background in a unionized manufacturing environment, along with strong stakeholder management, presentation, English, Excel, Google Sheets, and AI workflow skills.
