Meltwater is hiring a Workday HRIS Functional Consultant to support ongoing Workday improvements across HR technology. The role partners with HR and business leaders to define requirements, configure and test Workday HCM functionality, manage releases and change adoption, maintain security and data quality, and support junior colleagues. It requires at least three years of Workday functional configuration and administration experience, two years of HRIS project management experience, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers a hybrid work style and a base salary of $135,000-$147,000 USD, with a possible performance-based bonus.
