Description
Illumio is hiring a remote Senior HRIS Applications Analyst in the United States to serve as a Workday subject matter expert and lead the design, build, configuration, optimization, and production support of HRIS modules. The role partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT to resolve operational, data, integration, reporting, and compliance issues; supports advanced compensation, benefits, access provisioning, testing, change management, and stakeholder communication; and provides guidance on Workday functionality and HRIS best practices. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of HRIS experience, hands-on Workday configuration and implementation experience, and expertise with Workday integrations, APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services.
