Description
The Senior HRIS Professional is a hands-on member of a three-person HRIS team responsible for configuring, administering, optimizing, and providing production support for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. The role partners with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, resolve production issues, manage security and reporting, support integrations and releases, conduct testing, improve processes, and provide user training. The position requires at least five years of hands-on Workday configuration experience and demonstrated experience in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
