Galliford Try is seeking a Senior HS&E Advisor to support the Framework HS&E Manager, focusing on health, safety, and environmental aspects. This role involves leading a team of HS&E Advisors, implementing HS&E strategies, and acting as a deputy to the Framework HS&E Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive HS&E experience, particularly in infrastructure, water, or a regulated environment, along with proven leadership and technical credibility.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Relevant HS&E experience within a similar industry, ideally infrastructure, water or another regulated environment.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within an HS&E function.
Proven experience in HS&E management, systems, risk management and relevant legal frameworks.
Experience of supporting HS&E delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from preparation and design through to construction.
Experience of developing and delivering learning and development programmes.
Preferred Qualifications: Membership of IOSH or IIRSM.
CMIOSH or working towards.
