Description
The HSE Lead will provide safety leadership and guidance to project teams across Intermass construction projects in the UAE, conduct site inspections, identify and mitigate hazards, implement HSE policies, lead risk assessments and incident investigations, support emergency response planning, monitor compliance with regulations and work methods, and report on HSE performance. The role requires a relevant degree, at least six years of HSE experience with a contracting company including three years in the UAE, and mandatory NEBOSH International Diploma and IOSH Managing Safely qualifications; ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or IMS auditing experience is preferable, while a relevant master’s qualification is advantageous.
