Description
UGL is hiring a Senior HSE Advisor for a greenfield extension of a Mount Isa solar farm. This hands-on, site-based role supports project leaders, supervisors and crews in managing risk and maintaining a strong safety culture; coaches and mentors HSE Advisors and operational teams; leads investigations, risk reviews, audits and site inspections; and drives safety initiatives and compliance across civil, electrical, high-voltage and commissioning works. The role requires FIFO on a 10/4 roster, travel from Brisbane, and experience in senior HSE advisory, investigations, risk management and safety improvement on renewable energy projects.
