Lucanet is hiring a Senior HubSpot Operations Manager to act as the company's HubSpot platform architect and strategic advisor. The role owns MarTech strategy, scalable data architecture and governance, HubSpot-to-Salesforce integrations, lifecycle and lead-routing frameworks, automation, CMS architecture, reporting, and platform governance. It requires 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, revenue operations, or a related IT function, along with expert HubSpot experience and familiarity with APIs, middleware, data quality, segmentation, reporting, and global data compliance. The position offers flexible and hybrid working, remote work from another country for up to 90 days per year, professional development support, paid volunteer days, wellbeing programs, and 30 days of paid vacation.
