Description
The Senior Human Factors Engineer will join Engenious Design’s team to conduct user research, proctor usability studies, translate user insights into design inputs, prepare regulatory documentation, and collaborate with clinicians, engineers, designers, and product managers on medical and consumer products. The role is full-time and permanent, based in the Kansas City office during core business hours, and requires a relevant degree, at least five years of usability-study experience, and the ability to work in credentialed environments.
