HDR is hiring a Senior Hydrogeologist to lead complex hydrogeologic investigations, groundwater data collection and interpretation, contaminant plume assessment, remediation strategy development, and project management within its Waste sector. The role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, report and proposal preparation, budgeting, client interaction, and presentations, with a focus on fractured-rock and coastal-plain settings in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant environmental, hydrology, engineering, or water-resources field and at least 10 years of analysis, modeling, design, and management experience.
