The role covers SSO, RBAC, privileged access, Microsoft Entra ID, Forgerock, AWS IAM Identity Center, SailPoint, MFA, AI-driven security controls, and integration with health and human services platforms. It requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of systems engineering experience, and at least five years in a senior IAM developer or architect role, with onsite work at various Maryland locations.
