Description
InterSystems is hiring a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and operate identity and access management platforms across enterprise and managed services environments. The role focuses on standardizing Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory; implementing SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect; establishing RBAC/ABAC and access governance; integrating IAM with cloud and SaaS applications; managing secrets; supporting zero trust; and applying AI-driven analytics to identity security, access reviews, and entitlement management. Candidates need at least seven years of IAM or security engineering experience, hands-on experience with the listed identity platforms and protocols, and experience with privileged access management and secrets management. The estimated base salary is $126,000–$151,000 USD, with medical, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
