Description
AFCA is hiring a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to design and deliver modern customer and workforce identity solutions, replace legacy platforms, and improve secure access across its digital ecosystem. The role owns CIAM and workforce identity architecture, migration roadmaps, secure integrations, access governance, lifecycle management, MFA, conditional access, and hands-on technical leadership. Candidates should have enterprise WIAM or CIAM experience, modern identity-platform expertise, migration experience, and experience in regulated or high-trust environments. The position offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office.
