Quantum Motion is hiring an IC PDK Engineer to architect, build, and maintain custom process design kits and physical verification enablements for silicon spin-qubit and cryo-CMOS devices. The role develops SKILL PCell components, Calibre SVRF rule decks, Cadence Virtuoso library extensions, and integrates foundry PDKs, while collaborating with IC designers and layout engineers. Candidates need an industry degree in a relevant field, at least five years of IC PDK development and enablement experience, and demonstrated proficiency in Cadence SKILL, Virtuoso, and Calibre.
