Description
HDR is hiring a Senior ICT Security Designer to evaluate and design security systems for ICT and security projects, including PLC, CCTV, and card-access equipment. The role leads the design discipline, creates construction drawings and specifications, coordinates with owners and other disciplines, performs QA/QC, mentors junior designers, and represents HDR in client-facing settings. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of security-system-design experience, and familiarity with Autodesk RCDD; a BICSI DCDC, OSP, or RTPM credential is a plus. Preferred qualifications include data-center and federal-entity experience, strong communication and computer skills, Revit proficiency, knowledge of engineering drawing standards, and a preference for local candidates.
