Versant Health is hiring a Senior Identity Engineer to lead and execute enterprise identity security initiatives across workforce, privileged, external, application, service, AI-enabled agent, and automation identities. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity lifecycle automation, entitlement and access governance, non-human identity controls, application integrations, telemetry, incident response, and audit readiness. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant enterprise technology experience, hands-on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory experience, and proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API. The position offers medical, dental, and paid vision coverage and pays $150,000–$160,000 per hour.
