DISHER is partnering with an automation company to hire a Senior Ignition Developer in Comstock Park, Michigan. The role designs and deploys enterprise-scale Ignition 8.x SCADA solutions, including Perspective HMI/SCADA applications, Vision projects, and Gateway infrastructure; develops database and integration logic; creates reusable components and custom scripting; leads technical discussions; commissions systems; performs FAT/SAT testing; and troubleshoots production issues. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field, proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and other programming languages, and at least seven years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Ignition SCADA systems. Travel may be required up to 40%.
