Apple is seeking a Senior Process Integration Engineer to develop and transfer novel technologies for III-V compound semiconductor devices and processes to external partner facilities for mass production. The role involves developing process flows and specifications, validating baseline processes, managing R&D and product-wafer fabrication, supporting technology transfer, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and reporting progress. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of semiconductor process integration experience; compound-semiconductor process integration, clean-room wafer design of experiments, failure analysis, and project management experience are preferred.
