Spore Bio is hiring a Senior Image Processing Engineer to develop image processing and computer vision algorithms for multimodal biophotonics systems used in industrial microbiology. The role focuses on extracting weak signals, designing hardware-software co-design solutions, building preprocessing pipelines, validating algorithms on optical benches, and collaborating with optics, biology, and AI teams. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant field, 5–10 years of image processing experience, strong knowledge of optics and biophysics, proficiency in Python and/or C++, and English proficiency at B2 or above.
