Senior Immigration Specialist at Casium

Casium is hiring an Immigration Specialist to join its core case operations team. The role begins with end-to-end U.S. employment-based immigration case work, including PERM, H-1B, L-1, and other petitions, and expands into operations, customer experience, product input, workflow improvement, and systems building. The specialist will prepare and quality-check petition materials, track deadlines, communicate with clients, collaborate with attorneys and product teams, and help design automation and tooling. The position requires at least four years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience, strong legal writing and communication skills, and interest in technology and process improvement.
